Research Interests

My research interests are mainly focused on customizable composite applications in the cloud. I am interested in all steps of the lifecycle of such an application, ranging from the specification of multi-tenant architectures to the automatic configuration and deployment of such applications. I am especially interested in composite applications that are based on a SOA realized with Web services. The orchestration of services using WS-BPEL in such applications is of particular interest to me.
Additionally i am interested in transactions in the Web service world. More information about the Cafe (Composite application framework) Projekt on the Cafe website
