Background

The Web Services Policy Environment (WeSPE) is a multi-user editor and a repoistory to create and mange WS-Policies. Policies can be attached to services. WeSPE offerss extension points to plug-in specific editing and intersection plugins for domain-specific WS-Policy assertions. This enabled the usage of WeSPE in an enterprise service bus to identify matching servies.
